2. Employee job descriptions should be used properly because attempting to work outside of the given job description in addition to the workload already being handled would invite a disorganization to happen.
3. Key result areas should be defined well and worked on as much as possible because poorly defined key result areas can mean poor progress checking and would not help achieve the desired measures of success.
4. Proper written objectives and activities defining the right tasks at the right time must be reinforced. It will be worth some time to observe the realistic cycle plans and cycle time frames.
5. Use your time more effectively for better employee time management at work by identifying the "time wasters."
6. There can be problems with your routines and there can be problems that are unexpected. A good part of meetings are the "fire-fighting" issues that could be prevented.
